Name, company, phone number together with the selected country, email address, delivery city, comment; in the measurement assistant, also dimensions and attached photos. * Recorded automatically. Date and time of submission, time taken to fill in the form, IP address, browser details, the page the request came from, and the selected product configuration and price. We do not process special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, opinions) or biometric data, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to minors. ## Why * To handle your request. To prepare and send you an invoice-offer. * To contact you. To clarify the specification, timing and shipping terms. * To perform the contract. If the request becomes an order. * To block automated submissions. The technical information is used for this purpose only. We do not use form data for marketing mailings and do not pass it to third parties. ## Legal basis Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box under the form (Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006), and, once a contract is concluded, on the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(5)). The box is not pre-ticked: the request will not be sent until you tick it yourself. The data is not passed to third parties, not published and not used for profiling. The only exception is disclosure that is mandatory on the lawful demand of a competent state authority. ## How we protect it * Encrypted connection. The site works over HTTPS only. * Restricted access. The request log is password-protected and direct access to the log file is blocked at server level. * Minimisation. We do not ask for anything beyond what is needed to prepare an invoice. ## Cookies The site uses no web analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies for visitors. A session cookie is created only in the internal request-log area, which staff access with a password. ## Your rights * Find out what we hold. You may request information about the processing of your data. * Have it corrected. If it is inaccurate or out of date. * Withdraw consent. At any time and without giving reasons. We then stop processing and destroy the data, except where processing is necessary to perform a contract already concluded. * Complain.
