GRAND VISTAfree-standing automatic solid surface bioethanol fireplace
A free-standing island fireplace: an ultra-white solid surface portal, a vertical brushed AISI 304 steel insert and concealed LED lighting in the plinth that makes the body appear to float. The flame is enclosed by a four-sided tempered glass cube and stays visible from every side.
The burner module is recessed into the stone portal and the 400 mm fire line runs along the centre of the top surface. The 450 mm glass cube encloses the flame on four sides and works on natural convection: air enters from below, combustion products rise, and the glass stays clear of condensation and soot.
The fireplace is designed for island placement — in the middle of a lounge area or between seating groups, with no wall behind it. Bioethanol vapour burns without odour, smoke or soot, so no flue, gas line or extraction duct is needed: a 220 V socket is enough.
- One-Touch ignition. The microprocessor unit brings the burner up to its working mode — no open flame or matches involved.
- Flame control. Two to three flame levels, from a low steady line of fire to full height.
- Three control channels. Touch display on the body, a 433 MHz RF remote and Wi-Fi via the Tuya / Smart Life app.
- Auto-filling. The built-in pump draws fuel straight from the canister through a hose and stops at the upper level sensor — no overfilling, no spillage.
- Plinth lighting. A concealed linear LED module, warm 3000K light along the base contour.
Seven protection circuits are included as standard and work independently of each other.
- Flame control
- K-type thermocouple in a protective sleeve. If the flame goes out or is blown off, the fuel supply is cut within 15–20 seconds
- Tank level
- Two reed float sensors: the lower one protects the pump from running dry, the upper one stops filling when the tank is full
- Tilt and shock
- Three-axis accelerometer. Emergency shutdown on impact or a tilt of more than 5–10° from horizontal
- Combustion chamber temperature
- A high-temperature thermocouple blocks restart until the nozzle has cooled to a safe temperature
- Fuel tank temperature
- A digital sensor keeps the tank from heating above 45–50 °C
- Tray leak
- Conductometric electrodes at the bottom of the sealed tray detect spilled fuel
- Filler lock
- An electromagnetic lock prevents the filler neck from being opened while the unit runs and until it has cooled down

- An NDIR infrared sensor draws room air through the lower panel and shuts the fireplace down if the carbon dioxide concentration rises above the limit. Price on request

The tank holds 5 litres and the working fill is one 4.5 litre ALBELA canister, which gives about 5.5 hours of continuous burning at roughly 0.8 l/h. At that consumption the calculated heat output is roughly 4.7 kW; the fireplace is designed as an interior object rather than as a primary heat source.
The room should be at least 60 m³ with natural or forced ventilation. Use only certified high-purity denatured bioethanol (96–96.6 %); other alcohols and flammable liquids must not be used.

How long does GRAND VISTA take?

What is the item made of?
Acrylic solid surface — aluminium trihydrate in a PMMA acrylic resin binder, with no styrene. The material is non-porous, coloured throughout, absorbs no moisture and releases no volatile compounds at domestic temperatures.
Can the size, colour or lighting be changed?
Yes — every item is made for a specific order, so dimensions, finish and lighting are agreed before production starts. Changes affect the price and are confirmed when the invoice is issued.
What should I do about a scratch or a chip?
Solid surface is restored by sanding without removing the item. Light scratches on a matt finish can be taken out with fine-grit sanding; deep damage and gloss finishes are better left to a specialist.
What is the warranty and can the item be returned?
The warranty period is 2 years, with an additional 8-year limited warranty on structural integrity. The service life is 10 years. Items with a manufacturing defect are returned or exchanged at our expense. Items of satisfactory quality are returnable only by prior written agreement, with the original packaging intact and at the buyer's expense. Made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged in the absence of a defect.
