Delivery and payment
Every ALBELA item is made to order at our own plant in the Leningrad Region. Below are the ordering and payment terms, lead times and shipping conditions. The full terms are set out in the General Terms of Supply (in Russian).
The order is agreed by email at info@albela.ru or by phone: model, size, colour, lighting option, the configuration of cut-outs and tap holes.
We then issue an invoice-offer setting out everything: the items, the amount, the lead time and the shipping method. Paying the invoice concludes the contract.
- The invoice is valid for 5 working days. After that the price and lead time are recalculated.
- We work with companies and sole traders. Retail sales to private individuals are made through marketplaces and are governed by their rules.

Staged payment can be agreed separately, for example for non-standard items. Any such arrangement is recorded in the invoice.
Lead time is counted in working days from the date payment is received. Where an order contains items with different lead times, the longest applies — or partial shipment is agreed.

Collection address: 32 Pobedy Avenue, Kirishi, Leningrad Region, 187110, Russia. Loading and handling on our premises are included in the price.
- The item must be collected within 14 calendar days of the notice that it is ready for shipment.
- After that, storage is chargeable. 0.1% of the value of the stored item per started day, with a minimum of 500 RUB per day.
- Securing the load is the buyer's responsibility. We handle loading; placement, securing and compliance with weight and dimension limits rest with the buyer or their carrier.
Delivery is by carrier at the carrier's rates. We can appoint the carrier on your instruction, or you can appoint one yourself. Delivery is not included in the price of the item and is paid separately.
Solid surface items are large and fragile, so the unloading point has to meet several conditions:
- Access and standing area. Clear access for a lorry and an area for unloading; no power lines lower than 5 metres above the working area.
- The recipient must be present. An authorised person with a power of attorney or company seal. The vehicle waits 60 minutes; if nobody is there, redelivery is charged separately.
- Unloading within 60 minutes. By the recipient, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- Passes and permits. Provided in advance where access requires them.
Acceptance has two stages. The first takes place on the day of handover: quantity, range, packaging integrity and outward appearance. Any discrepancy is recorded in the shipping documents.
Final acceptance takes place within 5 working days of handover: the packaging is opened on continuous video. The recording is mandatory — without it, claims about the item inside the packaging are not accepted. See Warranty and returns.
