ALBELA has rethought the way artificial stone is worked: the monumentality of stone and the physics of light in a single piece. Our aim is to prove that light-composite products of world standard can be designed and made in Russia.
Every piece rests on an understanding of polymer chemistry. Our base in Kirishi, our laboratories and our engineering experience let us rebuild the classic casting technology: we run the process from synthesising the binder formulation to the fine tuning of the material's light transmission.

Most Russian manufacturers work on modified polyester resin containing styrene. We cast on pure acrylic — and here is what that changes.

We cast the stone and make things from it
The sheet is cast on our own site in Kirishi, where it is also CNC-cut, thermoformed, bonded into a monolith and polished. No bought-in sheet, no third-party pieces.

Who makes ALBELA products?
Production is in Kirishi, Leningrad Region: a 7,500 m² workshop on a 3 ha site. The sheet material is made by Khotkovskoe RTP LLC, which holds the certificates and test reports. SARMATECH LLC owns the ALBELA trademark and makes the finished products from that material.
How does acrylic solid surface differ from polyester stone?
In the binder. ALBELA uses PMMA acrylic resin with no styrene; cheaper analogues use polyester resin, which releases styrene into the air for years. Acrylic solid surface is more UV-stable, does not yellow the way polyester compositions do, and can be restored by sanding.
Are there fixed prices or is everything quoted on request?
Prices are shown on the product pages. Countertops are priced by area — the “from” price is for 600 × 450 mm, and the final figure depends on dimensions, cut-outs and lighting. Countertop basins, countertops and care products are in stock; everything else is made to order.
How long does production take?
20 working days from payment. The lead time is set by the queue and by the individual dimensions of the item, not by line capacity: each item follows its own processing route.
Do you work with furniture makers and designers?
Yes. A partner programme applies to batches of 10 or more, with a lead time from 20 working days. We work with companies and sole traders by invoice, payment in full in advance, and the invoice is valid for 5 working days.
