Personal data processing policy
This document explains what we receive about you through the forms on this site, why we need it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted. In force since 4 August 2026.

Only what you enter into the form yourself, plus the minimum technical information needed to guard against automated submissions.
- Entered by you. Name, company, phone number, email address, delivery city, comment.
- Recorded automatically. Date and time of submission, IP address, browser details, the page the request came from, and the selected product configuration and price.
We do not process special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, opinions) or biometric data, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to minors.
- To handle your request. To prepare and send you an invoice-offer.
- To contact you. To clarify the specification, timing and shipping terms.
- To perform the contract. If the request becomes an order.
- To block automated submissions. The technical information is used for this purpose only.
We do not use form data for marketing mailings and do not pass it to third parties.
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box under the form (Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006), and, once a contract is concluded, on the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(5)).
The box is not pre-ticked: the request will not be sent until you tick it yourself. The date and time of consent are recorded with the request.

Three years matches the general limitation period, which allows the circumstances of a transaction to be reconstructed if a dispute arises.
Nobody. The data is not passed to third parties, not published and not used for profiling. The only exception is disclosure that is mandatory on the lawful demand of a competent state authority.
- Encrypted connection. The site works over HTTPS only.
- Restricted access. The request log is password-protected and direct access to the log file is blocked at server level.
- Minimisation. We do not ask for anything beyond what is needed to prepare an invoice.
The site uses no web analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies for visitors. A session cookie is created only in the internal request-log area, which staff access with a password.
- Find out what we hold. You may request information about the processing of your data.
- Have it corrected. If it is inaccurate or out of date.
- Withdraw consent. At any time and without giving reasons. We then stop processing and destroy the data, except where processing is necessary to perform a contract already concluded.
- Complain. To Roskomnadzor or to a court if you believe we have infringed your rights.
